​We are taking Route 50: Road to Pentecost! This is a 5-week soul-winning journey leading to Pentecost Sunday. Our mission is to intentionally reach others with love, invitation, and hope. 

 

THE CHALLENGE

Every member is asked to compile a prayer and invitation list focused

on people in need of salvation. 

 

Add names of family and friends, co-workers, classmates, neighbors,

service providers, and anyone with whom you've made a divine connection.

Personally invite 5 or more people each week to church and

especially encourage them to attend our Pentecost celebration

services May 23 and 24.

​Week 1: April 26 - May 2

Build Your Route

Write down 50 names of people to pray for and invite.

​

Sample invite messaging:

“Hey, you’ve been on my heart lately. I’m praying for you this week and would

love for you to join me at church soon.”

“Our church is in a special season of prayer and invitation. Can I

keep you in prayer—and invite you to come with me one day?”​

Week 2: May 3 - 9

Map Your Quest / Reach Your Circle

Continue inviting those on your list, with a focus on family, friends,

and co-workers. Make a special effort to invite mothers and families 

to our Mother’s Day services on May 9 and 10.

“We’re having a special Mother’s Day service this [Saturday / Sunday],

and I’d love for you and your family to join me.”

“You mean a lot to me, and I wanted to personally invite you to church this

weekend. I think you’d really enjoy it.”

Week 3: May 10 - 16

Expand the Route: Mental Health Awareness Focus

Use this week to intentionally reach those who may be carrying silent burdens.

Offer encouragement, hope, and a place of healing through Christ and community.

Focus on neighbors and service provides (barbers, hairstylists, store clerks, etc.)

and new encounters.

“Life can get heavy sometimes. If you ever need encouragement, I’d love

for  you to  come to church with me this [Saturday/Sunday.”]

“Our church is focusing on hope, healing, and mental wellness this week.

I thought of you and wanted to invite you.”

“You carry so much and deserve a space to be refreshed. Come be my guest at church this week.”

“If you need peace, strength, or just a positive atmosphere, I’d love for you to join me [Saturday/Sunday”]

Week 4: May 17 - 22

Bring Them In - Pentecost Weekend Push

Follow up all week with everyone you've invited. Offer rides,

send reminders, and share testimonies

“Just checking in. I’d still love to have you join me this [Saturday/Sunday”]. Want me to save you a seat?”

 

“Pentecost Weekend is almost here, and it’s going to be powerful. Come experience it with me!”

“Need a ride to church? I’d be happy to help you get here.”

Week 5: May 23 - 24

​Pentecost Celebration Weekend – The Harvest

This is the grand finale of our Route 50 journey! We're looking forward to a

powerful weekend of worship, celebration, and life-changing encounters with God. 

Let’s fill the house and rejoice in the harvest!
