How to Apply
To apply for assistance, click on the red buttons below to submit your request. Please note that phone calls, emails, and mailed requests will not be accepted. All requests must be submitted through the online forms.
Thanksgiving Food Bag
When is the last day I can sign up for a bag?
Requests are accepted November 1-15, 2026.
How will I know if I am selected to receive a bag?
If your name is selected, you will receive a call and/or email by November 22, 2026.
The message will include instructions on when and where to pick up your bag
Can my bag be delivered to me?
No, baskets must be picked up in person by the person who completed the form.
You must show a photo ID at pick-up.
Only those who receive a call or email are eligible to pick up a bag.
Thanksgiving Day Cooked Meal
When is the last day I can sign up for a meal?
Requests are accepted November 1-15, 2026.
How will I know when my meal will be delivered?
You will receive a call and/or email by November 22, 2026 to confirm your address and schedule the delivery.
Christmas Gift Assistance
When is the last day I can sign up for a bag?
Requests are accepted November 1-December 4, 2026.
How will I know if my family is selected to receive gifts?
You will be notified by phone and/or email by December 11, 2026.
When do I receive my gift(s)?
If selected, you receive instructions by phone or email on when and where to pick up your gifts.
