Funeral Policy

The Christian Funeral

Funeral services at KAM are conducted in accordance with the church’s Christian standards and beliefs for both members and non-members. Each service is regarded as an act of worship that honors God, celebrates the life of the deceased, offers comfort to the family, and affirms the hope of eternal life through Jesus Christ. As led by the Spirit, the gospel may be shared, and an invitation extended to those who desire to accept Christ.

Member Priority

Funeral services at KAM are primarily reserved for active church members and their immediate family. Immediate family members are not required to be members of the church to receive this benefit. Funeral services for members and their immediate family are hosted at the church at no cost, but does not include fees for other venues or burial expenses.

Non-member Fees

Funerals for non-members are considered at the church’s discretion and are subject to specific fees. Building fees apply to all non-member funerals and must be paid in full at least three (3) days prior to the service. Payment may be made via any standard church-accepted method. In addition to the building fee, a security deposit of $200 is required. The deposit is refunded within 7-14 days provided no damage or violations occur before, during, or after the funeral.
